1) Work up to heavy deadlift single (10 min or less)

2) 5 rds
3x deadlift @ 70-80%
40 sec Max AD
90 sec rest.

3) 6 min clock of
2x GTO 50-60/30-40. 
2 x C2b pull ups
* increase reps by 2 each rd
At 6 min mark allow one min of rest
6 min clock again. Reps start where person left off. Descending back to 2 and 2.
